Please list any previous umpiring experience, and umpire references. Please also indicate if you are still a member of another umpire association.

SAVE Legislation requires that sports officials pass a background check in order to officiate high school sports. If you have passed the Section VI check for another sport you will not need to do it again. Officials will receive the paperwork at the new member classes and will be required to complete before the season. The recruit will be responsible for all fees of the background check.
